At just 20 years old, he foresaw the rising demand for ice tube machines in the Philippines, a vision realized through Philippine Powerhouse Ventures Corporation (PHVC), now operating more than 200 units nationwide. His strategic foresight, innovation, and determination established a strong foundation for growth.
Today, Mr. Ilao leads Fourth Pacific Holdings, the umbrella organization that directs and manages a diverse group of companies across multiple industries. Under his stewardship, the group has expanded into both local and international markets, setting new benchmarks for excellence and innovation.

Her career began with hands-on experience in online retail, procurement, and business development, alongside her work as a Registered Medical Technologist. These diverse experiences shaped the resilience and strategic vision that define her leadership today.
Through her guidance, the group has empowered over 200 entrepreneurs nationwide to build successful ice production ventures, establishing the organization as a trusted provider of innovative solutions and systems. Now leading expansion across the UAE, Aron champions premium-quality, safe, and sustainable ice solutions, with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and long-term business ecosystems.
